In addition to creating these plans, Duma d.o.o. also offers the development of demolition projects, which are a mandatory part of the documentation if there are existing structures on the site that need to be removed
The waste management plan may include the following items:
- Site Inspection
Field visit to inspect the demolition site and assess its current condition, including reviewing available technical documentation. If documentation is unavailable, a specification and estimation of the quantities of materials used in the construction will be carried out, along with creating spatial and dimensional sketches of the structure. - Consultations
It assists in filling out documentation, selecting laboratories, and training the responsible person for waste management. This also includes registration with SEPU and completing the necessary documentation. - Development of the Management Plan
The plan will be created per the Regulation on the Method and Procedure for Managing Waste and relevant regulations in Serbia, encompassing the management of waste from demolishing old structures and the construction of new ones. - Monitoring
Checking the correctness of the execution of works and documentation to ensure that the contractor and investor are acting under the plan. This includes site visits during key phases of the work, with additional monitoring as needed. - Final Report
Preparation of documentation on the movement of waste for obtaining a usage permit, in line with the conducted monitoring and relevant regulations.
These steps are essential for responsible waste management during construction and demolition activities.
